I gladly accept returns and exchanges.
Contact me within 3 days of delivery.
Dispatch items back within 7 days of delivery.
I don't accept cancellations but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged: Custom or personalised orders, Digital downloads.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for Custom or personalised orders, Digital downloads.
Due to the digital nature of the assets, Designs once purchased cannot be refunded with exceptions to the following reasons.
If the same design has been purchased twice or more times by mistake within a span of 24 hours.
If after the payment, the download does not take place and in case you decide to forego the purchase.

Returns and Exchange Ready Made Products
Returns
I will refund your purchase within 30 days of original purchase date if you are unhappy for any reason. Any Item must be returned in its original condition (unused and new) and shipped signed for with tracking. A full refund will be given for an original purchase if the merchandise is in a satisfactory condition. (This is not applicable for made to order goods) Return shipping is at your expense on all consignments.
If possible, goods should be returned in the original packaging you received them in. If it is not possible to return good in the packaging you received them in then you must ensure they are packaged with suitable and sufficient materials as to protect them from damage them during carriage.
All Returns
In the unlikely event you have to return something, you must ensure it is properly and suitably packed, preferably in the original packaging, you must also obtain and retain all evidence/proof of return postage.
System Returned Packages
Packages returned to me as unclaimed within 30 days will have postage costs deducted from any refund if applicable.
